This course provides participants with exercises, short video presentations, and individual and Discussion Group activities to develop cultural diversity practitioner skills. There are also two required scenario-based quizzes to integrate the course content.
Diversity certification was invented in 1998 by cultural cognitive psychologist Billy Vaughn, Ph.D. The credentials were offered through Diversity Training University International (DTUI.com) in response to the increasing demand for cultural diversity expertise.
