It aims to develop and elevate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and sustainability in the hospitality industry. You will evaluate financing options, learn how to build high-performance teams and foster a dynamic culture that embraces innovation.

The course is designed to cultivate your entrepreneurial leadership capacity through experiential learning methods.

The final year of study provides you with the opportunity to establish and demonstrate a strategic entrepreneurial focus.
