C’est Bon has been operating as both a cooking school and food tour company since 2009. In 2016, founder Chef Andrée Riffou passed the C’est Bon torch on to Chef Georges Laurier and entrepreneur Stefanie Siska.

Learn the art of cake decorating thanks to the different pastry techniques that our chef will teach you. After this workshop, you will know how to use a pastry bag, shape marzipan and work with chocolate like a pro!Â
Cakes are out of the oven and ready to frost! In this cake decorating course you will learn the foundational techniques to torte, fill, frost, and finally decorate a beautiful cake. Skills covered include buttercream basics, piping borders, roses, flowers, leaves, and more.
We will learn to mask a pre-baked cake in buttercream, create a Unicorn horn out of a dowel and gum paste, create gum paste ears and eyes, Paint using edible gold and red colour, then pipe a mane using coloured buttercream, and add the zombie details.
