The menu:
Egg pasta: machine rolled to make herb tagliatelle, Spaghetti, black pepper farfalle and tortellini stuffed with sweet potato & parmesan.
Semola pasta: hand shaped to create Orecchiette and Cavatelli.
Dine-in on your delicious tortellini, then take the rest of your pasta home to enjoy!
We provide a relaxed, well-equipped cooking environment with small class sizes and offer affordable workshops and courses for adults and children.
Do your kids love pastas? What a great way for them create their own fresh pasta and enjoy it even more! They will cook the pasta dough and then make their own spaghetti with a delicious bolognese sauce with meat balls.
You’ll learn how to make the perfect pasta dough before our chefs teach you easy ways to cut, shape and roll your pasta for delicious dishes of your own.
This half day Course will show you how to make your own fresh pasta at home using the finest Marino 00 flour, a welcome change to shop bought factory processed or dried pasta! We will use traditional hand rolled and machine methods
you will learn to make pasta dough from scratch, roll beautiful pasta sheets, and make string & filled shapes (usually tagliatelle & ravioli)
Join us at Waterman House Cookery School for a workshop class in ravioli and tortellini.
