Nkangala TVET College was formed in 2003 with the merger of Witbank, Middelburg, Mpondozankomo, and CN Mahlangu campuses (formerly Technical Colleges) in Nkangala region. Waterval boven Campus was transferred in 2011 from Ehlanzen FET College. The college was formed after the adoption of FET Act of 1996 by Parliament.
The College is the largest educational institution in the Mpumalanga Province, serving the community in the Nkangala region. CN Mahlangu and Waterval Boven are the predominately rural.
This NQF Level 2 qualification comes with '120 Credits' and it is intended for all role-players and stakeholders such as Forestry, Mining, Plant Hire, Civil and Building Construction companies etc.
Mechanical Engineering FET N4-N6 is a diverse subject that involves the concept of N Course physics, chemistry and materials science subjects. It is also one of the oldest branches of engineering disciplines.
On completion, the certificate holder will have access to careers in any of the following sectors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pneumatics, & more.
