The course follows the CARES approach when someone is struggling with their mental health and looks at ways to promote good mental health and wellbeing for delegates themselves and the colleagues they work with.

This unique model of Mindfulness Life Coaching incorporates 26 essential themes for a flourishing and meaningful life. Using an integrative approach the model encourages you to connect with the inner self and develop new behavioural patterns in order to manifest your exceptional higher self.
It is important to make sure you are prioritising your well-being as much as your studies. Whether you are a meditation expert or new to the practice of mindfulness, all are invited to this hour-long session focused on training our breath and creating a positive mindset through a guided meditation.
