You will gain the tools to talk about mental health in the workplace. This includes insight into common mental health conditions and practical ideas about how to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Our public programme for our Mental Health Awareness For Managers workshop is currently only available in the classroom for public course bookings (open to all).

The aim of this course is to equip you with the tools to talk about mental health in the workplace, gain insight into about common mental health conditions, and feel confident in your approach through using practical ideas about how to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.
