We realised that newly-qualified hairdressers and beauticians struggled to adapt to life outside of a classroom setting as they had no experience of working in real-life salon situations.

In founding RJL Education, our founder Ruby designed her courses to be intensive but extremely informative in all aspects of the profession: practical, theoretical, and real-life scenarios – all in a fraction of the time of the traditional way of learning.
