Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) or Microneedling/Skin Needling is a fantastic treatment to add to your treatment menu to improve your skin appearance without the need for using Botox. Using a specialised medical device to create micro-punctures in the skin layers this then stimulates collage production which plumps out the fine lines, scarring caused by acne, and even stretch marks.

?This aesthetic treatment is fantastic for:

  • Improving skin texture
  • Improving uneven skin tone and discolouration
  • Reducing pore size
  • Improving the appearance of acne scarring
  • Tightening the skin
  • Firming the skin
  • Slowing down the aging process
  • Scars including Chicken Pox
  • Stretch Marks (anywhere on the body)

?The frequency of Microneedling treatments vary with the intensity of the treatment. Mild treatments may be repeated every 3 to 4 weeks. Deep treatments for scars may be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks. 

As this is considered to be an advanced treatment that can be offered to clients, too attend the course you must be one of the following to gain insurance:

  • Registered Nurse 
  • Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification

?This course is one day in duration and you will train in treating the following areas to a maximum qualification depth of 1.5mm, including:
