I create this program with 2 or 3 days of hands-on training depends on which technique you want to learn. It is totally for beginner no experience needed and no cosmetology license needed. You can decide to learn 1 or all 3 popular permanent makeup techniques for eyebrows (great discount if register to learn more than 1 technique at a time).
