After serving the corporate industry for 17 years in  JCPenney, Amex, Infosys, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America in various Strategic and transformative leadership roles in India and USA, Deepa Kannan founded DeeKay Excellence which provides leadership excellence by coaching and training sessions to Individuals, Corporates and educational institutions using the overall corporate experience of 20+ years.

 Deepa Kannan is a Professional certified coach(PCC) from International Coach federation(ICF) and has various Corporate experience for about 22 years from technology delivery management to program management in various strategic role in US and India.

Her leadership experience working with various vendors, leaders and clients from TCS, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, Ameriprise, Amex, JCPenney, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America helps to bring in the perspective of the challenges faced by Corporate leadership and to overcome the same through coaching process.
