Our consulting rooms are unique, based in the heart of Chester City Centre. Our approach is the first of its kind for the northwest, set in our holistic centre with bespoke consulting, group and meditation spaces with our own garden, which is perfectly set for our city retreats.
From your initial consultation with one of our specialist psychologists you will leave the practice with a sense of being understood and a clear therapeutic plan.

We deliver evidence-based time sensitive psychological therapies for individuals, couples, families and groups, specialist mindfulness groups and a range of CPD, retreat-based and workshop programmes. Our range of consulting rooms are unique, based in the heart of Chester City Centre.
We have a purpose-built mindfulness meditation community space and tranquil garden, as well as a host of bespoke clinical rooms. Our approach is the first of its kind for the northwest, we offer a holistic space with a city garden retreat.
From your initial consultation with one of our specialist psychologists you will leave the practice with a sense of being understood and a clear therapeutic plan. We are open from 8am - 9pm, 7 days a week.
Topics covered include – Risk factors, Stigma, mental health continuum, main types of mental ill health, protective factors and strategies to manage own mental health, sources of guidance and support.
Do you have an interest in understanding, managing and protecting the world we live in, tackling some of the issues facing the world by studying mental health? Study psychological theories in conjunction with the effects of the health care system.
This session is suitable for those who are brand new, or fairly new, to mindfulness. If you already have quite a lot of mindfulness experience, the training session will provide valuable clarity and reminders and is likely to bring fresh tools and ideas.
Upon completing this course, students may choose to go into the following roles: Teacher, Clinical psychologist, Child psychologist, Social worker, Counsellor and more.
