Course Outcomes:
The Mining Induction S11 is a requirement set down by the Department of Natural Resources and Mines. It can be delivered in our training room or at your workplace training room. It includes participation in mining related information to give students an understanding of what is expected to work safely on a mine site.
Successful students will receive a Statement of Completion Certificate for the six (6) units of theory within 14 business days of the course completion and a color plastic Mining Induction Partial Completion card with the student’s photo identification.
Students will also receive a Site Verification Log Book that must be completed by your mine supervisor on a mine site.
Upon the return of your completed log book (within 6months of your Standard 11 training course) a Statement of Attainment will be produced and another Mining Induction Full Completion card will be produced with both theory and practical components ticked.
Students will need to attend a one day refresher course every 5 years based on current legislation.
Ebenezer Employment and Training is a leading training organisation for plant equipment for the mining and civil industries. Although EET is not an RTO, we work in association with several RTOs who have the scope to provide national units of competencies and qualifications in these industries.
