Course Details

Born in the early 20th century, modern dance is a dance style that focuses on a dancer's own interpretations instead of structured steps, as in traditional ballet dancing. Modern dancers reject the limitations of classical ballet and favour movements derived from the expression of their inner feelings.

The A.I.D.T syllabus aims to expose dancers to modern, release technique, jazz, lyrical, Broadway, musical theatre, street and other dance styles thereby ensuring it has something for everyone.  These classes are fun and energetic!

It's to carry over my passion for dancing to all my students so that they can also experience the great joy it brings to my heart. It is about creating an environment where a dancer can just be free, where they can express themselves and escape from reality for a moment. Together we create a hidden language that everyone can understand - I LET THEM BE!"
