The Bristol School of Dancing is the oldest established dance school in the city. Situated in the heart of Clifton, with classes at various other locations around Bristol and North Somerset, we’ve been sharing our love of dance for the past 70 years.
Whether it’s ballet or tap, modern or commercial jazz, our fantastic teachers can find that spark and help all levels of dancers reach their full potential.

We have students furthering their training at Laine Theatre Arts, Bird College, Performers College, Urdang, ISTD teacher training, Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, The Hammond, Elmhurst Ballet School and the Royal Ballet School.
Current students attend a range of prestigious Associate programmes including Elmhurst Young Dancers, Royal Ballet School Junior Associates and Ballet Cymru.
