Chef Tara Rajan will lead you through making these wonderful vegetarian dishes that can be re-created with ease throughout the colder months. We will make;
Tamarind-glazed paneer kebabs, fresh mango chutney, basmati pilaf with cashews, and Udupi pan-roasted winter squash.
This vegetarian menu does not contain gluten or soy. It does contain dairy and nuts.
