Lyrical is a Slow Modern/Neo-Classical style of dance incorporating classical technique with modern expressions and a slight contemporary feel.
A mix of Lyrical Jazz and Lyrical Contemporary this style is often beautiful and sometimes sombre. Performed to music with lyrics the dance movements are used to express strong feelings and emotions. Be yourself; because the focus is on individual expression rather than precision of movement.
