Course Details

Arabic is one of the 5th most spoken languages in the world, as well as one of the official languages of the United Nations.  Learning Arabic can be challenging but exciting, as you are introduced to the various dialects and forms of Arabic and get to understand more about this Semitic language.

Our evening classes cover basic everyday Arabic, which will help you to manipulate the language in an authentic environment, whether for business, travelling or communicating with native speakers.

How will the classes be taught?

Classes will be held in person on University Park campus. There may be a small minority of classes delivered online and these will be clearly labelled. Online classes will be taught using Microsoft Teams (or similar). Full instructions on how to access and use Teams will be given before the start of the course.

Language Used

Teaching will be in the target language as much as possible. Many of our tutors are native speakers and all are highly experienced and qualified to deliver high quality language classes.
