  • Meet our resident sourdough expert and come ready to talk all things dough.  Together we will review a variety of  starter  options, discuss the pros and cons of using various grains, and demonstrate grinding flour from scratch.  You will prepare a seeded sourdough loaf to take home, along with a sample of our starter if you like!   Bonus…learn sourdough cracker making in minutes that will put the boxes in your pantry to shame!
