With a focus on hands-on training, Conestoga graduates are well-positioned to enter the automotive field and begin a successful career working in the trade. Throughout the program, you will develop a strong foundation of technical skills needed in the industry.
You will practice safe working procedures for using tools, machinery, and equipment in 20,000 square feet of combined shop space. To round out your training, you will be introduced to fundamental business and career applicable concepts.
As a successful graduate of this program, you may have an opportunity to receive an exemption from the Level 1 portion of the Automotive Service Technician apprenticeship in-school training.

The 9-month Automotive Service Technician (Pre-Employment) Diploma is a provincially-accredited apprenticeship program that was developed by government and approved by the Provincial Apprenticeship and Certification Board.
