First Class First Aid are an independent  First Aid Training Provider, who have been previously approved by Qualsafe Awards who are an Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual.

First Class First Aid aim to deliver exceptionally high quality, low cost, effective & practical workplace first aid training that meets the requirements of the First Aid at Work Regulations 1981.

At the same time we feel that making all participants totally comfortable in the classroom environment is an absolute must hence why we go to great lengths to present our training in a relaxed but motivational and effective way where no one is made to feel uncomfortable.

As a regulated First Aid training provider, who take their responsibilities seriously, we also adhere to the latest government guidance “Principles for Health”.

This guarantees that all customers receive the highest quality and most up to date and effective training in the industry delivered by the most highly qualified, experienced and friendly trainers.

Operating from a variety of venues across Dorset gives us the ability deliver bookable First Aid training courses in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, Wimborne, Wareham and surrounding areas with ease. First Class First Aid Training deliver training to individuals in addition to being able to arrange tailor made training for larger groups.

Having the ability to deliver onsite training on a nationwide basis and having the capacity to service our customers training requirements anywhere in the UK is also an advantage. 

During the last 24 years of operation, FCFA have undertaken many training contracts with numerous businesses. Some our our larger customers include The Ministry of Defence, BAE Systems, Southern Energy, Homebase, B & Q, and the Devere Hotel chain. This is in addition to numerous schools, colleges and county councils which have us return time after time.  

First Class First Aid are based in Poole in Dorset and have over 24 years experience in the delivery of industry compliant First Aid, Health & Safety and Defibrillation training courses. Since 2012, we have expanded our course base to include Manual Handling, Fire Warden & Fire Awareness training.

Low cost, high quality, training is our motto which will always be instructed in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere by highly qualified, experienced and CRB vetted instructors. We deliver our training in some of the finest quality hotels on the south coast.

All courses include free refreshments to include tea, coffee, mineral water, biscuits and jelly babies/sweets. This is addition to a personal first aid manual, 3 year certificate and  complimentary pen on all courses!

Our delivery is always as lively, realistic and practical as possible, with an emphasis on hands on training without the need for undue pressure. Only the best equipment is used which include a high ratio of resuscitation manikins per delegate. No more nervously waiting your turn to carry out CPR with everyone watching!

To relax and inform the class further, we also use a variety of high quality audio and visual aids in addition to numerous props which adds to the enjoyment of our training.

Certification

On successful completion of one of our courses, delegates are awarded a recognised A4  certificate normally valid for 3 years.
