This course is designed to deliver compliance in mandatory manual handling and further develop knowledge and skills in practical handing techniques. Content includes a review of health & safety legislation & guidance, discussion on back care and injury prevention and application of handling risk assessment. Practical teaching gives delegates an opportunity to practice an array of techniques using a range of handling equipment to hone existing skills and develop new ones.
