This course teaches how to manage large and small projects using Microsoft Project. The course discusses basic project management elements, such as tasks and resources, and shows how these can be planned and reported on electronically.
The course shows how larger projects can be managed by breaking them into sub-projects and by sharing pooled resources between projects.
Learning Outcomes:
NDA is 100% Tasmanian owned and managed. It was established as NDA Computing by Nigel Davies in 1985. Karina Stojansek joined the team in 1996 and NDA expanded its range of services to include business skills training and later became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO).
Karina purchased NDA in 2019 after Nigel retired to a life of bike riding and wine making with his wife Helen, leaving a valuable legacy to Tasmanian business. NDA now has centres in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone and employs 14 permanent staff and several contract trainers.
