Emotional intelligence affects us all, whether we are constantly working in collaboration with others or individually on projects. So, this training course would be suitable for everyone in your organisation, but particularly those that must interact with others on a regular basis.

This course is aimed at building planning, communication and conflict resolution skills amongst work teams. The course is customised to client needs and is therefore available for presentation to private groups only.

This course is both a workshop and training session. The course teaches personal and technical change management skills, and uses those skills to facilitate the planning of change within the client organisation.

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to establish, maintain and evaluate the organisation’s work, health and safety (WHS) policies, procedures and programs in the relevant work area according to WHS legislative requirements.

This course will give participants a six-step conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. Participants will also be provided a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground.
