• Our MSc International Logistics and Supply Chain Management course features seven core modules.
• We’ll explore the strategic philosophies and techniques that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain flow, and the impact of different operational decisions.
• You’ll go on to learn how to manage the transformation of multiple resources into products and services, and how sustainability can be managed and improved in the supply chain.
• You’ll discover the historical and contemporary theory behind leadership, develop your own leadership style, and learn about change management. We’ll also look at how strategic analysis and formulation can be used to improve performance, as well as tools and techniques for effective project management, including specialist PC software.
• Finally, you’ll carry out a substantial individual research project on a relevant topic of your choice under the supervision of an appropriate member of academic staff.

• We focus on the knowledge and skills you’ll need as a purchasing, logistics and supply chain professional. You’ll be assessed through team exercises, report-writing, presentations, restricted-time assignments, problem-solving exercises, development of plans and proposals, your Major Project, and more.
