Classes for Beginners to Advanced levels.

The BJMA Muay Thai syllabus includes a grading system, similar to the system used in most martial arts. This grading system is used to distinguish between the various levels attained by individual students and provide students with feedback on their progress and development whilst also enabling them to set achievable goals.

Muay Thai is a powerful form of self-defence:

The necessary skills to attack and defend can be learned quite quickly in Muay Thai, the classes also provide an exciting alternative method of fitness – rapidly burning fat, toning muscle and increasing flexibility whilst building self-confidence along the way.

BJMA Muay Thai provides students with a system that provides effective self defence applications combined with competitive and sporting components.
