Course Details

This beginner course is designed for you to master the 5 basics of Indian cooking.

  • Each week we learn one basic: dal, breads, biryanis, rice, and curries.
  • My lessons emphasize healthy versions of these basics and students will learn the language, culture, and nutrition of these foods during our time together.
  • Lessons run over a five-week period and last between two and three hours, including eating.
  • As with individual lessons, you supply the kitchen and I will supply all other ingredients.
