In this workshop , you will learn 4 different types of Naans & their variants:
Turkish Bread (50% Whole wheat flour & 50% all purpose flour). A large, soft & spongy & delicious bread, sufficient for 2 to 3 people.
Afghani Naan- Soft & tender flatbread with a distinct flavour of nigella seed.
Kheema Naan- A naan stuffed with kheema bursting with flavours!
Different variants will be discussed.
Afghani Fateer- Multi-layered, flaky, soft naan, stuffed with onions and coriander leaves.
