Learn to make Lavish Naans ( in an OTG or Built in Oven or Microwave Convection) in an offline and online Zoom workshop!

A "must do" workshop for all to enhance your table spread.

Now complement your gravies with soft and fluffy Naans which are hygienic, easy to prepare ( contrary to the popular belief, these are actually "no knead" Naans) & tastier than readymade ones.

 

In this workshop , you will learn 4 different types of Naans & their variants:

  • Turkish Bread (50% Whole wheat flour & 50% all purpose flour). A large, soft & spongy & delicious bread, sufficient for 2 to 3 people.

  •  Afghani NaanSoft & tender flatbread with a distinct flavour of nigella seed.

  •  Kheema Naan A naan stuffed with kheema bursting with flavours!

          Different variants will be discussed.

  •  Afghani Fateer-  Multi-layered, flaky, soft naan, stuffed with onions and coriander leaves.

 

      Two variants will be prepared 

  • Cheesy Fateer

  •  Onion Fateer

 

Unlike some other workshops, I will be:

  • demonstrating dough preparation & proofing the dough

  •  preparation of Naans & finally

  • baking of Naan
