DurationNLP is a psychological intervention based on the work of American Psychologists Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It was developed in the 1970s and is based on our understanding of how our language and thoughts affect our emotions and how they, in turn, influence our lived experience.
If we can change our words and thoughts we can change our emotions and therefore how we experience life. Much of modern NLP is also based on the work of famed psychiatrist and hypnotherapist Milton Erikson.

Whanganui Osteopathy was the amalgamation, in 2019, of the practices of Jonathan Lloyd Paine and Nigel Brooke. Both graduated in 1989; Nigel from the European School of Osteopathy and Jonathan from the British School of Osteopathy.
In addition to over 60 combined years of clinical experience, both have been involved in a range of other aspects of osteopathic life, providing professional input for the likes of Osteopaths New Zealand, the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and ACC (see biographies for more detail).
