Develop, analyse and critique tourism market trends, and tourism business strategic systems and processes that enable the commercial development of a high-quality visitor experience and contribute to overall sustainability of an effective business.
Prepare effective public relations campaigns including multi-media communications for a tourism business development.
Investigate and evaluate a range of strategic business models to inform the development of improvements to environmental sustainability for a tourism business or tourism business development.
Develop strategic investment plans for a tourism enterprise.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have:
NZ Diploma in Tourism and Travel (Level 5); or a recognised equivalent, Special and Discretionary Admission is available.
International applicants are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (general or academic) with no individual band lower than 5.5 from one test taken in the preceding two years, or an equivalent described in NZQA Rules.
