One Month Microblading Training & Mentorship Program (for One Procedure Of Choice) With My Phan

The most hands-on experience and mentorship program we offer! We will share all of our knowledge and secrets. You will complete our program with all your questions answered! 
 

Class Schedule:

(Schedule will be adjusted based on how fast or slow you learn to accommodate a pace that you are comfortable with)

Week 1:

• Fill out student agreement
• Questions & going over class syllabus
• Licensing, apply for permit at our studio first. (Bloodbourne $25, Practitioner $175)
• Learn the pattern in class (receive short video of pattern both left and right side in correct position). Homework: perfect pattern on both brows. 
• Test pattern to ensure students understands and can do the pattern without help. More supervised practice if needed! Homework: continue to practice with different shapes.
• Lecture color mixture for different hair color, skin color, age, previous work (receive a color guild) learn the procedure step-by-step & practice (receive a quick guild). Homework: continue to practice in proper position/angle
• Tools & supplies (list/link)

Week 2:

• Proper set up station, clean up station, wash hands
• Sharpen pencils, go over policy, precare, aftercare, disqualifications, consent (receive a copy of consent forms, aftercare bag, policy). Homework: practice going over after care and what to expect during healing process with client (give a copy of aftercare & healing process)
• Check in; Think of business name & IG name
• Shadow, go over care instructions with clients. Homework: practice pattern, practice going over care & what to expect. Practice set up and clean up.
• Model 1: practice welcoming client, fill out form, numb, set up, clean up, shaping and first pass. Create IG/teach about marketing/posting videos (Homework will be based on how you did & posting)
• Creating reels with your face & learn about editing. Homework: creating posts/editing/caption/hashtag/network/free work promotions.
• Model 2: based on how you did with first model, we will continue. (Shadow between models if needed). Continue to practice pattern, editing, posting, and networking.

Week 3:

• Model 3: repeat, post/marketing
• Questions & Practice
• Model 4: repeat

Week 4:

• Model 5: final model, artist should be able to do 100% of model without me touching but I will be supervising to point out areas I see needing fixing, but hands-on portion is all yours. I will mentor you as you go.
• Tax, banking, book keeping, merchant, tool n supplies, insurance.
• Students should have enough experience to apply for a job or do commissions with other beauty businesses). More Practice & Questions.
• Stericycle, infection prevention plan, prepare for inspection, permit to open a business (link).
• Temporary daily station rental is available for students for the first month after graduation. Fee $95/ full day mainly to cover insurance and tools/station fee (All tools needed will be covered during your sessions; station is available 9-5pm). (Clients will need to fill out a form from the studio understanding that student is not an employee of studio)
• Additional shadowing is welcomed after you are done with the program to help with refreshing your memory. Questions are always welcomed!

Benefits of Program:

• Very Thorough, you will learn how to do the procedure and know how to open a business legally/licensing.
• Short classes: less boring, to the point, easier to focus, more flexible to continue with your regular routine. (Practice at home). Dates and time for lecture, practice, and live models will be arranged in advance (1-3 hour per class). Other days for shadow, familiarize with environment etc. can skip if you feel you don’t need it, or come in at our business hour that is convenient for you. 1-3 hour each day.
• Mentorship day by day to clear all questions and perfect hands on skill more.
• The most hands-on experience with mentorship along each model. You will learn best with hands-on and mentorship!

• Once student artist work independently, we will feature student artist’s work on our Instagram once a week for a month to help students gain more exposure on social media and potentially booking more clients
• Starter Kit enough for students to take 20 clients
• Students are welcome for any questions they may encounter after completing the program. Questions are always welcome! Shadowing after completing the program is also welcomed with appointments.
• All of our employees go through this same program and all have learned and can perform the procedure successfully in less than 2 weeks! We offer a one month as double the time needed on average, class will adjust based on what you are comfortable with, so you can be done faster if you are a faster learner.
