You will do all of the preparation and cooking under the guidance of an expert and leave the washing up to us. This class is especially popular with couples wanting some quality time together.

Classes are demonstrated in Leicester, in a light and airy spacious home-kitchen, and can be taught in small socially distanced groups of 3-4 people or individually tailored for your specific needs in a one-to-one hands-on class. The classes are suitable for people of all abilities and interests. Whether you are starting your journey of exploring spice and flavor, want to build confidence in your kitchen, have some quality couple time with a loved one or celebrate a special occasion, we have something to suit you.
If you are looking to reduce or stop your meat intake, or eat less takeaways, come and learn how enjoyable it is to create satisfying, healthy, colourful and flavourful vegetarian and vegan dishes right at home. You will learn how to use a diverse range of ingredients and our aim is to leave you feeling inspired and confident to recreate the sumptuous meals easily in your own kitchen for your friends and family.
Classes are taught and demonstrated by our founder and food expert Chandni who has over 15 years of experience in the food industry. Chandni has flourished in various positions ranging from head chef and catering manager to food hygiene and safety consultant in a variety of public and private sector organizations and she brings a wealth of knowledge with her regarding all aspects of preparing food that is delicious and nourishing.
