Classes are demonstrated in Leicester, in a light and airy spacious home-kitchen, and can be taught in small socially distanced groups of 3-4 people or individually tailored for your specific needs in a one-to-one hands-on class. The classes are suitable for people of all abilities and interests. Classes are taught and demonstrated by our founder and food expert Chandni who has over 15 years of experience in the food industry. Chandni has flourished in various positions ranging from head chef and catering manager to food hygiene and safety consultant in a variety of public and private sector organizations and she brings a wealth of knowledge with her regarding all aspects of preparing food that is delicious and nourishing.
