NDA is 100% Tasmanian owned and managed. It was established as NDA Computing by Nigel Davies in 1985. Karina Stojansek joined the team in 1996 and NDA expanded its range of services to include business skills training and later became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO).
Karina purchased NDA in 2019 after Nigel retired to a life of bike riding and wine making with his wife Helen, leaving a valuable legacy to Tasmanian business. NDA now has centres in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone and employs 14 permanent staff and several contract trainers.
This exciting new course is designed to give you skills that will help equip you for training and career pathways in a broad range of public service roles, with a focus on emergency and response services.
An operational plan is a key tool for managing an organisation. It provides detailed information on the work that must be done, resources and timelines to ensure that planned goals and objectives are achieved.
