Course Details

Ages 11 – 18. Registrations in even numbers only. Take a class together. Led by chef Joel. Easter Baking  Celebrate the sweet flavors of spring.

Saturday April 9th for a 10:30 am start

1 ticket is for 2 people. Each table (4 people total) is working together to make the full menu. 

 

Menu:

  • Versatile recipes and techniques for these and many other baking recipes.
  • Easter Bread – traditional sweet brioche twisted and studded with brightly colored eggs
  • Lemon Meringue Tartlet – shortbread crust filled with lemon curd and topped with toasted meringue
  • Buttery Almond Cookies

Note:

This event may hold up to 24 guests (6 groups of 4).  Menu cannot be made gluten-free.

Additional Notes:

  • If you are joining as a ticket for 2 guests you will be sharing a table with 2 other guests. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates.
