During the class we'd make whichever 2 pastas you pick from our pasta list; our pasta list ranges from short noodle, long noodle and filled pastas. With the trim, you are able to make a third noodle, such as fettuccine or spaghetti!

We're a tiny team of 5 who run Tiny Market Co in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood. Tiny Market Co opened on December 29th, 2021 by owner & chef Erich Mrak, manager Danielle Soule, baker & pasta maker Hazel Hinton-Barber and our previous assistant pasta maker Jasmine Coleman.
