Pasta e Fagioli and Italian Bread cooking class for kids offered by Oui Chef.Oui Chef's 75 minute Weekly class curriculum follows a core topic that changes every 8-12 weeks.
An example of a core topic is "Recipes from Around the World" in which each week we will create a recipe from a different country and then talk about the unique qualities of food in that country. We will post which topic is currently being taught on our website as well as list the recipes we will be making in the upcoming weeks.
Oui Chef classes are enrolling at all times and tuition is charged monthly. The program is designed to teach students cooking techniques as well as about the food and ingredients they are using. And when caregivers are required in class, Oui Chef teaches them methods to involve their child in food preparation at home.
Most classes are 75 minutes long which allows for students to do individual work on recipes and chef instructors time to coach based on skill level. Classes are based around a core theme to provide continuity.

Discussion includes: achieving proper doneness in vegetables, rice and pasta, general rules and methods of cookery, seasoning, and serving.
Cooking Techniques classes focus on specific cuts of meat, vegetables, or another food item such as pasta, teaching the most-used techniques of the classically trained chef.
Learn to properly make and roll egg pasta dough. Then learn to fill and shape Tortellini, Agnolotti and Ravioli. Following class, you will have the option of cooking one of your pastas to enjoy, or boxing all of them up to take home!
