The Cookery offers a wide selection of recreational interactive cooking classes for chefs at all levels. Our classes focus on international, regional and seasonal cuisines. The goal of The Cookery is to empower and excite people in the kitchen, making cooking approachable and fun.
Break out the Chianti – Our team will arrive with a gorgeous Antipasto board for the group (Vegetarian by request), then you’ll make and roll pasta with our expert guidance.
The secret is fresh made! Roll up your sleeves and come join us for a hands-on class where you will make both a stuffed ravioli and hand cut pappardelle from scratch. Our signature vodka tomato sauce and a garden pesto are perfect compliments to both pastas.
Chef Marcinda will teach classic and complex doughs to create pastas from around the world and pairing sauces. Students will get hands-on practice in making noodles from scratch sure to inspire any pasta creation.
Learn the basics of making pasta from scratch. Prepare and roll the dough, cut the pasta and make ravioli. Also, learn to make Bolognese Sauce, and classic Pesto Genovese. Learn about the origins of these dishes and their variations. You'll laugh, learn and eat in this fun and informative class!
