In this hands-on cooking class, everyone will make their own batch of pasta dough. The dough will then be used to make some fettuccine and a variety of stuffed pasta’s. You will also learn the secret to the perfect gnocchi and some delicious pasta sauces.
All dishes are made with the finest and freshest ingredients. This class will cover:

This workshop will teach you how to make 3 different pasta doughs including traditional meat lasagne, gnocchi, spinach & ricotta ravioli and fettuccine.
In this class, you will be guided by our "Pugliese" chef Adriano in making 4 of the most traditional dishes of Puglia! You will make a tasty entree, a typical pasta dish and a succulent main dish. We will end the lunch with a crunchy and delicious dessert which you will make from scratch!

In this class you will learn how to make tortelloni with one of the most decadent fillings: the simple and delicious combination of slowly roasted spinach and ricotta. Also, we will make the delicate EGG YOLK ravioli (uovo in raviolo) using the same filling.
