About Us
For years Marsha's love for food and cooking has lead her to experiment with many cooking techniques and unusual ingredients. When trying a new delicacy, her thoughts always go to "how is this made". She is always on the lookout for a new ingredient, new flavours, and new ethnic grocers, markets and restaurants. When Nancy joined the family, her and Marsha had the love of food as one of their many common bonds. With Nancy's persistent nudging, Marsha finally pursued her dream of giving cooking classes so she could share her passion.

Course on the preparation of fresh pasta for making ravioli and tagliatelle. So advice to pasta lovers… Make and taste very Italian dishes with tagliatelle with arugula pesto as a starter, then ravioli with ricotta and Prosciutto stuffing
Pasta Dough Class is offered by Atelier Table Rouge.
It includes hands-on pasta making experience followed by delicious tasting. Depending on the time of year, tastings are held either indoor or outdoor on a Waterview patio.
