Join Rosa Matto and Friends for a fun filled afternoon of preparing a variety of pasta to be enjoyed with some delicious sauces. You will make fresh egg pasta using a machine. In addition, you will be guided on making hand rolled pasta such as fusilli, orecchiette and cavatelli which traditionally are made without eggs.
Filled pasta shapes such as tortellini and ravioli will be demonstrated and not hands-on. Two vegetarian sauces plus a traditional meat Ragu will be prepared to accompany the pasta and all will be enjoyed with a delicious glass of Tomich wine. Not suitable for those with gluten allergies. You will be working in groups and will have to bring along your own pasta machine.

Lasagne is a very wide, flat pasta ( sometimes with wavy edges ). It is typically served in alternating layers with cheese, a sauce, and often other ingredients such as ground beef, sausage or spinach.
This workshop will teach you how to make 3 different pasta doughs including traditional meat lasagne, gnocchi, spinach & ricotta ravioli and fettuccine.
