Spice up your party with a cooking course and have a great time with a close group of friends and family. Bespokely designed with Fiona Lucas, your party might include a ‘food twist’, to become an expert in tapas, or a chance to find your inner Mary Berry!
Gather your friends for your birthday, hen or stag party or maybe a long overdue get together, and get creative with some delicious food. Parties can be for 4-8 people, half or full days and includes the exclusive use of the school and if you need some local accommodation, we’d be happy to give you some recommendations.

You’ll learn how to make the perfect pasta dough before our chefs teach you easy ways to cut, shape and roll your pasta for delicious dishes of your own.
This half day Course will show you how to make your own fresh pasta at home using the finest Marino 00 flour, a welcome change to shop bought factory processed or dried pasta! We will use traditional hand rolled and machine methods
you will learn to make pasta dough from scratch, roll beautiful pasta sheets, and make string & filled shapes (usually tagliatelle & ravioli)
