Due to the continued success of our introductory “Simply Pasta” sessions, we are pleased to introduce a more in depth look at pasta making, covering the most popular techniques led by industry trends and our customer feedback.
Basic pasta preparation will be covered and our experienced team will be on hand throughout each session, therefore all cooking abilities are welcome.

We complete your evening by learning how to create a restaurant standard tortellini of chicken confit complimented by locally sourced green vegetables and pancetta.
This session is 3 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. This Italian staple food can be found in any British household. However not all pasta is alike, during this course enjoy discovering the secrets of making your own pasta dough and you will soon come to realize how it elevates any dish to a new level.
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch and make two fresh pasta fillings. We will then roll, fill and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intollerance to wheat / gluten.
