This pasta class is dedicated to discovering how to make pasta from scratch. You'll learn how to make egg pasta dough and water pasta dough. Making pasta sheet, slicing spaghetti, and fettuccine.
Learn to properly make and roll egg pasta dough. Then learn to fill and shape Tortellini, Agnolotti and Ravioli. Following class, you will have the option of cooking one of your pastas to enjoy, or boxing all of them up to take home!
