This class is designed for all levels. This class is limited to students age 12 and up.

Pasta Making class is offered by Rick's Cooking School. During each class, we take your recipes or mine to the next level. You will finish the class with the confidence to entertain and cook for your family and friends and, more importantly, you’ll be able to use these skills for a lifetime.
Few kitchen tasks are more satisfying than making your own pasta. The reason people struggle with pasta is that most recipes leave out too many crucial details. You can spend years figuring them out on your own, or you can come to the pasta making class that will help you succeed on your first try.
You’ll prepare a variety of breads or fresh pasta and Robin’s famous cookies too . Of course, you’ll be able to keep or eat some goodies for yourself! Add wine and champagne to elevate the experience.
Cooking Techniques classes focus on specific cuts of meat, vegetables, or another food item such as pasta, teaching the most-used techniques of the classically trained chef.
