In this class we make the best doughnuts you have ever tasted! We use a fermented brioche style dough that we talk through what the gluten does and how the butter in the dough effects the end result.
In this pastry class, you will master the techniques needed to make and use perfect pastry every time. Called ‘a perfect pastry lesson’ by The Financial Times, our pastry class will take you from the basics to more advanced techniques.
This course focuses on a range of different classic sweet patisserie dishes.You’ll be making a range of different classic sweet dishes ranging from Paris-Brest to Clementine Tart with Italian Meringue.
We’ll start with Cassoulet and while slowly cooking it I’ll share with you how to clean, store and cook mussels. You’ll finish this class with beautifully cooked Moules Marinieres, hearty Cassoulet and delicious Crepes!
