There are different types and levels of chemical peels available. The Most popular ones we offer come from a range of light peels sometimes referred to as “lunch time peels”. Different types of chemical peel are used to treat different skin complaints such as ache, pigmentation and fine lines and wrinkles.

Your Hands on element will be using the PCA skin Perfecting peel and Enzymatic peel alternatives. These are progressive peels that give lovely skin freshening results with minimal down time. They range from a basic Enzyme peel, to more advanced peeling systems.
The peels can help target specific skin issues such as: acne, hyperpigmentation or fine lines, and help increase the skins cell turnover to help promote collagen production. This course is open to level 3 beauty therapists or medical/ dental equivalent or higher. If you enjoy the peel introduction you can also progress to the stronger peel range and home care regimes.

Facial Excellence specialises in advanced skin care training for medics, dental professionals, healthcare professionals and level 3 beauty therapists and above. Our courses are comprehensive in both theory and practical giving hands on experience to accompany the in depth theoretical aspect of all the treatments offered.
Most of the courses are run from our clinic in Colchester Essex but bespoken course, small groups or 1-1 training is also available in other locations nationwide. Our course are all approved by Hamilton Fraser, and accredited by the CPD company so you will also obtain CPD hours.
