Can't make a trip to Italy anytime soon? No problem, we have you covered! Join experienced pasta maker Chef Donna as she shows you the secrets behind making your own homemade pasta and gnocchi!

In a remake of this popular class, you will learn how to make dishes from four regions of Italy along with delicious sauces to round out your meal! This is a great event for the entire family.

• Sardinia Ravioli with Tomato Sauce
• Emilia-Romagna Fig and Onion Caramelle
• Vento Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter Sauce
• Tuscan Mushroom Gnocchi with a Butter Cheese Sauce

Bar note: In addition to our Cooking Classes, The Seasoned Chef has a small bar area with a bartender serving up wine, beer, (and for specific classes cocktails) for purchase. If there is a cocktail or wine pairing listed in the class description of the class, a taster will be included in the cost of the class.

After the taster, additional drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. Please note due to liquor licensing requirements, outside alcohol may not be brought to The Seasoned Chef.
