Bay cooking school was created to give everyone a chance to learn from professional chefs, out of commercial kitchens. Our focus is to provide a fun and enjoyable environment in an intimate setting. We encourage our students to get their hands dirty while having their mouth-watering!
The 'foodie' movement at the moment in our opinion, is largely based around social media and television which lacks that personal touch. With any skill level and at any age you can learn how to make fresh pasta & gnocchi from scratch and prepare several sauces to accompany the different types of pasta. A hands on experience teaching how to make the dough, roll and cut to create an array of pasta, both long and filled.

This workshop will teach you how to make 3 different pasta doughs including traditional meat lasagne, gnocchi, spinach & ricotta ravioli and fettuccine.
