Bay cooking school was created to give everyone a chance to learn from professional chefs, out of commercial kitchens. Our focus is to provide a fun and enjoyable environment in an intimate setting. We encourage our students to get their hands dirty while having their mouth-watering!

The art of making home-made pasta truly is an art, and an unbelievably easy one to master. In this class we’ll make home-made vegan pasta dough from scratch (super easy). We'll make magical ravioli pillows filled with vegan ricotta, as well as another two pasta shapes.
In this step-by-step class, you will learn how to combine flour and eggs to make a soft, silky dough by hand and roll it using a pasta machine.
This class gives you the opportunity to make fresh pasta and turn it into tagliatelle (all done from scratch). The sauce to serve your freshly made tagliatelle will be the one and only Bolognese sauce.
