If you love pizza and summer grilling, this workshop is a match made in heaven! Who needs delivery when you can create a wood-fired taste in your own home? Learn how to create perfectly charred, crispy, and delicious pizzas and flatbreads that will make your neighbors envious.
Join us for this intimate event with instruction from our very own Founder Marvin and our talented kitchen team. Each person receives a beer, glass of wine, or sangria, along with all supplies & personal instruction to build & cook their very own pizza!
Our 18th Street Kitchen plays nightly host to hands-on cooking classes, cheesemaking and fermentation workshops, dinners with farmers and brewers, wine seminars... anything to help our community become more excited about cooking and eating great food.
Join us on a tasty trip around the world. In our dinner club class we’ll be making a stop in Turkey and creating some delicious Pide - a savory Turkish style flat bread pizza. In this class kids will learn how to make their own dough and shape it into its classic oval shape.
